Cant really think of any. This job works well for me. This is only a caregiver job. No cooperate ladder if that's what you are looking for.

Except for the fact that they hire everyone, there are no pros.

The pay is terrible. There are no advancement opportunities. Management does not give raises. The hours are very unreliable. The training is bad. I feel bad for the clients who have to deal with employees who don't know what they are doing. A employee is supposed to be certified before doing certain tasks. Instead one is just thrown in and told to figure it out. The clients are bad. Management won't address any issues. They do not care about your well being.
