Pros
The company does a great job making everyone feel cared for and valued, and prioritizes quality care of our patients and families. My branch manager, Lori, has made all of the difference in supporting me and being available what feels like 24/7 to fix any issue or attend to any question, concern, or task. I will be relocating for my husband's job and am truly so sad to leave the Tyler area because Lori has been the biggest blessing. This was also my first job out of grad school and other therapists were made available to me at any time for any questions or ideas I needed. The first few weeks I did ride-alongs with other therapists to get to know them and facilitate an interdisciplinary care approach for our kiddos. I am also a firm believer in a great work-life balance, and At Home Healthcare supports and prioritizes this balance! There is also a great bonus program, company car offered (if available) and salary offered, which no other home health company I have found offers this.
Cons
Only con I can think of is the visits per month for full time (120 visits) is higher than other home health companies. However, there is a great bonus program if you hit this goal each month.
