      Hay una excelente cultura laboral, abierta, relajada, se puede venir a trabajar de manera sin problemas

      Hubo un manejo administrativo durante un tiempo en cuanto a falta de un departamento de RH en México, lo que provoco baja supervisión, favoritismos, nepotismos y empleados que pusieron sus propias reglas y falta de ética laboral, estos empleados al llegar un departamento que establece reglas y estatutos laborales éticos iniciaron una bomba de inconformidades y pucheros, la empresa es excelente, mucho mejor que muchas en el mercado, el problema es que estos empleados han generado un ambiente toxico con sus pares nuevos y su inconformidad por ya no dejarlos jugar cartas o ver peliculas en horas de trabajo, generó especulaciones y malos comentarios en plataformas como estas.

      Pros

      There was so much to learn. About yourself, how much you can endure, how much patience you can stretch. Your survival in a toxic environment and how much you can maintain your professionalism.

      Cons

      The competition was tough. Everyone’s so aggressive about reaching goals and humiliates everyone who don’t! Though they could make it seem like a joke, but they’re really not. These people are so arrogant and egoistic! They are narcissists who can’t do anything wrong and blame everything to the system or someone weaker! Though I guess they’re right blaming the system or I guess blame management and their leadership! Because they’re the ones who made this system where all these toxic behaviors started from! So basically, they’re really the ones to blame! People have become so aggressive because of the competition, and the ones who did well have become management’s favorite! And that’s where the special treatment came from!
