Atain insurance is one of a bunch of companies owned by Alan J. Kaufman. Some of the VP's actually know the business and could lead well if they were allowed to make decisions.
Cons
The president, Wayne Bates, has zero clue how to run his business and only exists to blame other departments and other people for the poor performance of this company. The senior leaders in general are cowed by the big boss man (Alan Kaufman) and exist only to make him happy. Processes are outdated and paper based.
