      My peers were great people. Seeing the city and being welcomed into private homes, getting to meet new and interesting people every day. Working with masterpieces.

      Pros

      The company has been weathering a downturn in the overall art market well. The owner / CEO is kind and is completely invested not only in the overall success of the company but also in the success of each employee. There is a friendly, team-oriented culture, and the employees seem committed to their jobs and to the company.

      Cons

      The company fell prey to previous mismanagement and missed opportunities, but the employee largely responsible for those missteps is no longer with the company. The Company is now taking proactive steps to repair the damage done and move forward towards a stronger position in the marketplace.
