Pros
Drawing a blank here. Meet lots of people? Run into some pretty funny customers/situations
Cons
Where to begin... All their software and hardware is painfully out of date - this is probably one of the biggest for me. When I say out of date I mean like... Support programs constantly crashing, computers from the early 2000's that can barely function. Minimum wage - paid when you log in/out of computer Unpaid bathroom breaks with discipline if you take 'too many' Dull atmosphere, no company identity. Nobody wants to be there. Even the site director seemed depressed to be working there. Can't have anything at your work station - literally anything except for a spill proof mug Don't take this job unless you absolutely have to. You will be undervalued, over-managed, and unappreciated
