      overtime basically nothing else really

      Cons

      management, favorites, the supervisors dont listen to you , they act like they do but your just another number to them , both management and supervisors could care less what happens to you they look out for themselves , find any reason to let you go unless your on their good list or your friend swith them

      Nothing to be honest, i have been with Atento for more than 6 months and from recruiting to production everything has been phenomenal.
