‣Many oncoming opportunities for 2025 and hopefully years coming ‣Great Management Team with open door policy ‣Team listens to feedback and implements it when possible ‣Most team members are brilliant and friendly, and you will commonly hear its one of the best places they have worked at

‣The team is growing/moving fast and is experiencing expected growing pains. If you understand/research the BPO business and its intricacies then there will be no surprises. This, in turn, turns into growth opportunities.
