      Pros

      Sold on a company that would be growing, fast, innovative, and fun. Huge potential in the market. Great colleagues. Lots of free time since there are no leads coming in,

      Cons

      Exec staff is clueless. Each department has a c level leader that is playing way above their skill level. Ceo ruthlessly fired Cro and never back filled. All levels of management are deeply unhappy.

      Pros

      Aternity is in the process of spinning out of Riverbed technology, and is rekindling it's entrepreneurial roots- things are moving fast in a culture where diverse opinions are valued and every voice can be heard.

      Cons

      Still shaking off some of the old ways, but new management and a growing team are helping!
