      Pros

      working from home. Salary is ok. No other Pros!

      Cons

      Poor communication between departments. Nearly every department has its own C-Level without any value for daily business. Expect changes to approved commitments! There is a lot of talk without saying anything!!

      Pros

      Aternity is in the process of spinning out of Riverbed technology, and is rekindling it's entrepreneurial roots- things are moving fast in a culture where diverse opinions are valued and every voice can be heard.

      Cons

      Still shaking off some of the old ways, but new management and a growing team are helping!
