Pros
Good outpatient experience as a new grad, lots of continuing education opportunities, loved my coworkers and patients
Cons
They take advantage of new grads to pay them less than they're worth, pressured to see more and more patients each week, constantly double booked and expected to take patients outside of hours leading to high burnout rate, rarely get lunch breaks because aides and office coordinator will book in designated lunches or let patients come when they want, micromanaged by manager and regional manager, borderline unethical billing with commercial insurance and Medicare with pressured to bill for maximal units possible, patient care not prioritized over making more money- especially in this pandemic, manager cares more about pushing patient numbers than staff personal lives and maintaining good relationship with them
