      Pros

      Fair compensation, good clinical education both on-site and online, good workload expectations at 11 patients a day. Nice clinics and good coworkers

      Cons

      Poor mid level management, at least in my region. Some areas were heavily supported by "corporate" (ie dedicated marketing team, work comp specialist) while other areas had nothing. Make a lot of decisions based on money, but that's any large company.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      Pros

      A few coworkers made the place tolerable.

      Cons

      4 CEOs in 5 years, yikes. Round after round of mass layoffs, millions of dollars in the red. Horrible company culture, pay and benefits. Current CEO rating speaks for itself. This company is a sinking ship.
