Shop foreman is one of the best managers I've ever worked for. He's fair and doesn't mislead you Owners Son/2nd in command is also a very good manger. A little hot headed but not with out cause and when it's done it's done High pace No micro managers. They make sure you have everything to need to do your job and are always open to suggestions.
