If you're someone who thrives with a clear playbook handed to you on day one, Atlan may require an adjustment period, but that ambiguity is also where a lot of the growth happens. Processes are often being shaped in real time, which means you have genuine input into how things get built, not just how they get executed!

Will work you to death. Nonstop every waking hour of your life will be spent working. Weekends, evenings, mornings. Literally all of your time. Management will have no idea your doing this because they have no visibility into what people are doing. They are strictly reactive, relying on bad data, poorly constructed AI summaries and cultural/gender bias to form opinions on employee performance. They are rapidly trying to replace as many employees as possible with AI tooling. There’s no less than 5 AI tools constantly confusing everyone and changing the code base actively. No one can keep up with this, and it’s destroyed trust with the customers. This place is a complete mess. Management would rather cheerlead the AI overlords rather than face the fact that this system is not working, and needs to be fixed from the top down.
