      Undeniably, this company has the best coworker/department relationships ever. They have monthly team bonding events like happy hours, movie nights, or softball games. Also, you get free LASIK surgery and heavily discounted botox, fillers, and eyedrops.

      Cons

      Travel to multiple office locations, usually 15-30 minutes from each other. Heavy patient load since there are 2-3 doctors per location usually.

      Doctors are very friendly, like to teach you. Pay was pretty good, too.

      Cons

      It is extremely busy and sometimes you are running over an hour behind schedule, which angers patients. This adds stress to the job.
