Super exciting content and dynamic workplace. Helpful team members across all teams.
Cons
Leadership focused outward, not inward. Revenue-relevant teams were supported, operational team members are not treated fairly in their progression, happiness, fullfillment. Operational Jobs established are a collection of admin tasks across different departments which would be fine for smaller teams - but this had to be done partially across 2 companies and 40-50 people. This created a sense of urgency for everything at all times.
No yearly planning, bad internal communication.
