Pros
The pay is decent and you will learn something new almost on a daily basis. There are lost of opportunities for promotion....... if you're wiling to relocate.
Cons
You have to keep track of everything you do during the day and enter it into metric tracking software. It's very time consuming and very irritating to you use. The office is in the BMW factory which is very big and there's A LOT of walking.
