Before Atlas Copco bought Henrob, it was a really good place to work. They looked after the health and wellbeing of their staff, sadly this changed when Atlas Copco took over. There are department Managers who are power greedy, alienated those who actually did the work to the point many people left. Some managers gave unrealistic goals, even sent employees on a business trips knowing the employees should not have travelled. Departments were restructured so often no one knew who should be doing what. There was a couple of HR Managers who tried to help the business by highlighting the downfalls but they left after realising the top management just did not care and nothing would change. There is still one particular manager there who is utter poison and should be avoided at all costs. I would not recommend this company even if my life depended on it.
