the work environment used to be good at some point, nothing of which is left anymore
Cons
The company requires a major haul - nothing good about it. Seniors are insecure about their position and are busy playing politics to show how good they are in front of the management. HR policies are pathetic and so is the team - they talk big but do nothing. All that they can do is gossip. Health insurance is totally inadequate. The leave policy is the strangest. No scope of growth in the company - they use old technologies and the products are so complex
