      flexibility + relaxed environment room to grow production department is well run get to work on cool projects

      communication isn't always the best can get political (but easy enough to avoid) not the most steady workload (has slow period mixed with busy periods)

      Requires self motivation and adaptability. Not ideal if you prefer routine and low pressure roles. Hight expectations from the management.

      Most colleagues were great, talented, and cool tow work with.

      Cons

      Expect to be micromanaged. Your every movement will be monitored and controlled. The CEO's biggest problem is being a control freak! Beware of that cause it's one of the reasons working here becomes so unbearable!
