Pros

The greatest part of working at Atlas was the people, the support they gave me to be who I was, and the trust they had in me to do the job they hired me to do. It was truly a place that allowed me to grow and become a better version of myself. My team, my manager, and leadership were great while I was there, and they will forever have my respect as people. In addition to the support, benefits such as unlimited PTO, good insurance, and in good times, the bonuses that came back to us made it feel even more like a great place to be and work.

Cons

The major con that I had for my time there came about because of stress from external sources. Communication was strained when the industry contracted post-pandemic and that caused a lot of downstream issues. Paranoia seeped into a lot of people's minds and hearts. I personally always trusted that it would turn around, even to the day that I got my layoff call. I personally feel it would have made my transition easier if clear-eyed communication had been pursued.
