However, in some areas, such as organizing work processes and inter-departmental communication, coordination could be improved. In my case, despite the interesting tasks, there were moments when there was a lack of clarity in the division of responsibilities. The company also provides decent working conditions, but the salary could be higher given the complexity of the tasks and level of responsibility.
