Pros

1. ELT: Atlas’ executive leadership team is top notch. They are highly knowledgeable, dedicated, caring, driven, and open-minded. I completely trust that they have the skills needed to take Atlas to new heights while remembering that it all starts with taking care of employees and providing the highest level of service for clients. Does Atlas have challenges? Of course. What company doesn’t? Are they working hard every day to find solutions? Absolutely! 2. Management: Management is constantly looking for ways to improve processes that ultimately enhance the employee and client experience. 3. Communication: At any reasonably sized company, it’s always difficult to keep employees in touch with what’s going on in all areas. Atlas has done a great job of this by holding quarterly town hall meetings and sending out weekly newsletters. 4. Employees: It’s hard to convey how I feel about the employees at Atlas in a couple of sentences. They are all so nice, so talented, and very professional. Considering that a big chunk of our day is spent at work, I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Atlas family.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Atlas might not always get things right, but we discuss it, we grow, and we move forward.

Pros

Work with amazing co-workers. Everyone gets along like a family.

Cons

Upper management seems disconnected from what’s actually needed at the local level to keep clients satisfied—we’re losing too many of them. It takes significant time and expense to start and finalize contracts, and delays are pushing clients to go elsewhere. There should be more flexibility to pursue smaller jobs so we can stay competitive with other companies. While landing six-figure contracts benefits overall profits, it doesn’t always support employees in the short term. Those larger projects often take time to secure, and in the meantime, smaller jobs are what keep people working and earning a steady income. That consistency is essential for covering everyday expenses like food, utilities, and other necessities. Relying on employees to use PTO or sick time to bridge these gaps isn’t sustainable—it eventually runs out. This leads to longer hours, fewer breaks, and little opportunity to rest or spend time with family. A better balance between large and small projects would help support both the company’s goals and the well-being of its employees.
