      Major favoritism for promotions Bonuses not based on performance it's based on stock price??? Little if no benefit or recognition for going above and beyond

      Great benefits, good work schedules.

      Cons

      Hard to grow, and work is demanding. The calls are back to back, you have less than 30 seconds between calls.
