      Workaholic culture. I've met a couple people in different positions that mention working 80+ hour weeks. Southern heat is no joke Certain rules/ideas from higher ups don't translate to workers in the field

      Hard to grow, and work is demanding. The calls are back to back, you have less than 30 seconds between calls.
