Pros

Lots of the staff outside of senior management are extremely passionate and want to do good things

Cons

Atom does not care about your career progression at all, they don't value industry recognised certifications and they also do not see the value in personal development through conferences and other professional events. The majority of senior management is extremely toxic, certain staff constantly disrespect and belittle other members of staff especially directed towards women. This is something which happens even at the most senior ranks so the culture trickles down into the rest of the company. There is no high level direction or vision, the senior team does not provide clear goals for you to follow. Atom does not value your time at all, this may vary depending on who your manager is and how well they are able to shield you from this part of the companies culture. The company does not listen to feedback from it's staff. They do not value the opinion of the majority of people working there. This doesn't even scratch the surface of the issues at Atom. The turnover is extremely high and it's easy to see why.
