Leadership often has no clue what objectives they want the team to achieve and focus on. We are constantly working on projects that are half baked and on extremely tight deadlines.
HR department is a joke. How about instead of wellness week, we spend that money and effort on bonuses or personal development.
Speaking of personal development, it is non-existent. Most people here are in the same position, doing the same thing, year after year.
