      Pros

      Stocked kitchen and summer get togethers. If you don't have much experience, it's a good place to get it. Atomic does provide good service to clients, which is respectable.

      Cons

      C Suite management is laughable. Yelling, throwing objects, swearing, all out and in the open. Most people get on edge because of it, really they should start searching for a better employer.

      The people there are really nice and it makes for a good work environment.

      Cons

      Once ownership changed hands, focus shifted to maximizing profit. Employee experience took a back seat, which negatively affected client experience.
