Leadership is highly supportive, with Pillar Heads taking the time to help employees understand different service lines and develop their knowledge. There is also a strong sense of teamwork, with colleagues readily collaborating and supporting one another to achieve shared goals.

The remote working environment offers flexibility, though at times communication across service pillars can be challenging. Increased visibility of client initiatives and activities across teams could further strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Atrium is a very good company to work for, with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new skills. The environment is supportive, and there’s a strong emphasis on professional growth. My colleagues are a joy to work with — they are approachable, collaborative, and highly knowledgeable in their specialised areas. It makes day-to-day work both engaging and rewarding.
