Pros
I had wonderful coworkers, I was working in a super safe environment, and I had so many benefits. I loved this job a whole lot. I planned on this being my career and retiring with this job.
Cons
I can understand people on the phone, but I have a hard time understanding people talking over a radio. Some of the officers would mumble or talk so fast I couldn't understand them. You HAVE to understand them to do your job right. One wrong move and it could mean someone's life is in danger. That alone made me so nervous I knew I wasn't qualified for the job.
