      1. You get complete end-to-end ownership of the product.

      Cons

      1. No Work-Life Balance(They ask employees to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well). December month is almost completely working 2. They want everything to be completed on the same day. 3. No increments 4. No appreciation for the work at all 5. Micromanagement by founders Due to the above factors, every other employee is leaving the company and those who are working here are not happy.

      If you want to work at a company that is obsessed with the customer and their experience, Attentive is a great place to be. The culture of the company is built on being "Attentive" to the customer and working to keep them at the center of all they do. This vision is executed daily by the leadership of the company to the entry level employee. It's an exciting place to work with many changes so buckle up and enjoy the ride as they build an industry altering software platform!
