I love working for Massage Envy under the Atticus Franchise Group. When they acquired the location where I was a Clinic Manager, they saw my potential and promoted me to District Manager within a year and a half. I’ve learned so much with Atticus—way more than in my previous eight years with a different franchisee. The support from everyone, from leadership to my coworkers, has been amazing. They believe in growth and give real opportunities to succeed. In a short time, I’ve made big progress, ranking #4 as a District Manager in my first year and #1 in my second. They keep pushing me to grow, and I’m grateful for it. I’m so glad I stayed with Massage Envy and Atticus. One thing I’m working on is finding balance when meeting deadlines. Atticus provides great support, but with so many opportunities for growth, I sometimes push myself too hard to get everything done. I’m learning to pace myself while still delivering great results.
