Pros

Good pay. Some wider benefits. Some good individuals.

Cons

Random, irrational and unpredictable management behaviour. They present as friendly and intelligent however in reality the management are a kind of personality driven cult that can victimise and turn against an individual very randomly without warning or reason. Management lines and objectives are often confused, and I wonder whether this is because many of the managers are young and lack experience or qualifications or any training as managers. There is also a question over maturity. Similarly, they also provide no training or support for staff and appear to have no proper processes or checks and balances to protect staff from inappropriate behaviour. Your performance may be reviewed, but in an opaque way and potentially without even your input or awareness. Unfortunately, as managers may have no knowledge or understanding of what work you have been doing, the review may bear no relationship to your actual performance or contribution. Therefore, if your results are good and even better than anything else they have previously achieved, they may not notice or may unwittingly credit this to someone else. At the same time, almost completely unproductive staff, some of whom may possess visual qualities may do well and be rewarded. This in turn raises serious ethical and behavioural concerns as well as being very detrimental to morale. Oddly, running parallel to this rather random management culture, they encourage long hours, weekend working and evening working. This is almost dickensian in nature at times. This strange cultural mix promotes a strange, cult like, team vibe but if you rise to the challenge you will find it exhausting and unsustainable, and ultimately, even if you have achieved high outputs, they may not notice or recognise that. They aim to employ top graduates but some of the managers are not themselves of sufficient calibre to manage these individuals and ultimately you should be aware they actively plan to selectively dismiss a significant proportion of new starters without any clear guiding process. Therefore, obtaining a job here is very high risk overall. This means that talented individuals may be drawn by the salary and initial warmth of some managers, work incredibly hard, achieve great outcomes, show loyalty and commitment and ultimately this may count for nothing at all. Overall, a very divisive and unproductive culture that is actually quite poisonous over time. I wonder how this company can possibly succeed in the long run. For now though it appears they have investment funding propping them up so I think the good pay will continue and the culture will only continue or potentially deteriorate. I would say if you are desperate for employment then yes they are worth considering, as they pay well, but you need to be ready to experience a very random and harsh work environment. If you are looking for a steady career then I recommend you look elsewhere.

Pros

- Love that the entire team is truly encouraged to build (if you have a potential solution in mind, help make it happen) - The team is supportive and the culture overall is healthy: people are thoughtful, feedback is encouraged, and nearly everyone is customer-focused - Leadership balances the needs of the business with the needs of its people; transparency is strong here and decisions are clearly communicated.

Cons

Par for the course, but we've still got a lot to figure out as a company and product, so every day is working toward getting ourselves that clarity. Building new processes, defining what success looks like for us, and getting alignment across a growing team - all critical to our success and actively taking place!

Pros

I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of this comany - there's something truly special in the works! Support is seen as a strategic function across the company, not a cost center. Leadership is sharp, empathetic, and incredibly technical! The flexibility and trust in how you manage your time is real, and honestly it makes me want to contribute more. Great variety in the day-to-day work. Engineering ships fast, fixes bugs quickly, and cross-functional collaboration is strong. It's easy to see you're working alongside people that really care about making a difference, and following through! Multiple project opportunities and room to explore. AI is a growing part of the work, and there's space to carve your own path with it. I can't wait to see how the company continues to grow and become a household name in the CRM world!

Cons

Processes and tooling are still maturing. Comes with the territory at a fast-growing company. It's not really a con per se, just a part of being a startup. This also means there's opportunity to shape things, but it can feel like there are more ideas than hours in the day.
