From the very start with Atwell the office is very interconnected. The Team Leaders of the group and VP's always have time for you to pop-in and ask a question about a particular project. Another great positive is how Atwell makes an effort to support office comradery. Whether it is our office fantasy sports league or the fabulous fitbit that Atwell gifted to its employees with weekly goals and prizes the company really goes out of its way. Lastly, from personal experience the company has a strategic focus on growing their employees through professional development. Very open approach for growth organically within the company.
