Cons
Unbalanced contract, they can fire you with a 30 days notice but you need to pay a hefty fine if you wish to leave. The pay is horrible. They take the tax benefits that the government provides the collaborators to themselves. They offer a net salary that after one year it will reduce to -25% because they will not want to pay you the difference. You have no contact at all with Aubay apart from ocasional talks that doest go any futher than "how is it going?". They pretend they care about you but in reality they just want to make as much profit as possible before you realise how they are exploiting you and you leave the company. Its awful and they dont care at all.
