Pros
I have been with ADC for well over year and will say they treat their employees great. The bottom line is important, however, investing in their staff is more so. Not only am I thankful to have a job... but more importantly to have a job at ADC.
Cons
Not very fast to make decisions and even when they do make them it takes a long time, very long time to implement. There is the "old" employee v. the "new" employee attitude that is difficult. Two things you can count on with Auction.com - the color green and a unique sense of timing.
