Pros
I really enjoyed my coworkers and found alot of opportunities to grow with the company. If you work hard, and treat others well (at least for me) you get noticed and promoted. I felt valued. The Halloween and Christmas celebrations were by far the best. We went all out and it was so much fun filled with a little healthy competition between departments. Great benefits, they have great healthcare available plus great benefits for mental health for those who want it.
Cons
All companies have their good and bad. My experience showed that they tend to do mass hiring and mass firing every few years, basically clean the house up and start fresh. This did pose some issues for revisiting the same issues and repeating history over and over. The good thing - many of the lazy and more difficult co-workers were shorter lived and those of us who survived the rounds bonded over making it through. You need to know how to set your own boundaries or be prepared that once you start answering 11pm phone calls from someone, they may start expecting it from then on (like most companies i've worked for).
