Pros

Dynamic work, flexible schedule, friendly & kind coworkers, and overall positive work environment

Cons

Hours can be intense. Environment is overall nice. Bonuses are prioritized to tenured employees and those with close relationships with upper management and tied to company performance, not so much your own.

Pros

This is a diverse and highly talented group of people that are dedicated to giving their clients their best every day. Agency life can be stressful, but when you have a supportive crew, like this one, you can work through each problem and know that you have a super solid team to back you up. The benefits and family vibe of this crew were two real standouts for me and my time with Audacity. Working with companies that are changing the health sciences industry and helping them to succeed was also a big moral benefit. Knowing that your efforts are being put toward the betterment of humanity.

Cons

Nothing to really point out. The normal and expected growing pains of any thriving agency. This is an agency that doesn't mirror your average agency, it strives to be something better, and the management team clearly makes efforts to improve operations and the day-to-day on a regular basis.

Pros

Gaetan hired me for my first "real" job out of college as a Brand Consultant. It was an amazing experience. I learned an incredible amount in the year I was with Audacity. Working with many different companies and developing their brands gives you such a breadth and depth of knowledge that you can only get from the consulting world! I love the truly collaborative environment Audacity fosters. I looked forward to going to work (almost) every day.

Cons

If you like having your own office or work-solo-space, it's not really the place for you. I don't consider that a con, really. Everything about the company is set up to be collaborative in order to achieve the best results for the client. It also makes the job much more fun. It can be difficult at times, trying to wrap your head around a new client's business model and create a good brand strategy. Having a diverse team at your fingertips is the most helpful starting point.
