Pros
If you asked me this question years ago, I'd have a different answer, but as of now I'd say the only pro is working with celebrities depending on what your role is.
Cons
Everyone at this company absolutely has no idea what they're doing. There is no leadership and way too many cooks in the kitchen, which results in idiotic decisions. There's a reason this company is bankrupt and going on its 4th round of layoffs just this year. It all rolls down from the top, so no one is ever sure of what their goal is besides "getting people to listen to the app." They aren't forward thinking, in fact, they still think radio is king and unless this company is bought out by a smart business person, I can't see it being around for much longer.
