-Internal processes are TERRIBLE, and account executives can be a nightmare to work with -Internal project management platform (TapClicks) is complete garbage. Please just adapt Airtable, Jira or Monday.com? Digital fulfillment for this role and cross functional multichannel ad campaigns would be executed MUCH more efficiently, and could have the ability to hold employees accountable more accurately; rather than having to dig through copious email chains for receipts to justify your efforts. -Insanely low yearly salary range, for the responsibilities this role has, and for the required experience needed to be a qualified candidate. I can see why IHeartMedia reigns highly and paramount in this ad space
