      Pros

      Nothing, nothing, and nothing. And more nothing and nothing at all. Work there if you really need a job. Don't leave a bad job for something worst.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, good reviews are written by current employees who are favoured... So rampant favoritism. No benefits, use your own car and gas to visit clients, NO mileage reimbursement, Worst job ever in my life in terms of culture and environment, just very toxic.

Great exposure to public-sector and enterprise-level projects.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment may feel demanding for newcomers. Some internal processes could be more streamlined. Limited hybrid/remote flexibility for certain roles due to client-facing work.
