Pros
The ONLY pro that I can think of is that they observe Good Friday, so you get an extra day off of working for this terrible company.
Cons
AMG treats their employees terribly, and does not care about the patients. They only care about making as much money as possible. Don't expect insurance billing to be handled correctly, and if you need help you can expect a rude and condescending response. They clearly have no idea what they're doing, and it's the employees and the patients who suffer. If you are in an existing clinic that AMG takes over, they undo everything efficient about your practice in order to implement their own processes. They truly like to work harder, not smarter.
