We are glad to hear that you enjoyed working with your colleagues and found our location to be convenient. However, we are sorry to hear that your experience working with us did not meet your expectations.
We understand the importance of proper guidance and support for our employees, and we apologize for any inconvenience you faced due to the lack of experienced staff. We are working to improve our training programs and provide our staff with more opportunities for professional development.
Regarding the use of auditing software, we have now fully integrated our work into an audit software, which has benefitted our employees and streamlined our processes. We greatly appreciate your patience during that transitional period.
We take all feedback regarding compensation seriously, and we will consider your feedback on bonuses as we continue to evaluate our compensation packages.
