Pay was never correct. Worked way above contracted hours. Staff shortage. Constantly bothered on days off to work. Constantly asked to work more. On-call process was a shambles. Emotional blackmail. Never acknowledged or thanked for going above and beyond for the company. Management incredibly poor, never provided any support or help, even from area and regional managers. If you decide to do any qualifications with them you are trapped for a year after you complete it. Otherwise you will have to pay for the entire qualification which will be thousands of pounds. (Level 4 - £8000) Entire management team were carried by the excellent work that the carers provided. The list goes on, do not work for this company! They suck the life out of you and expect you to thank them for it. For a company that supply care, they do not care about any of their staff.

Good flexible working hours available

Cons

Training wasn’t that great, luckily had experience elsewhere but here i shadowed for a week with an inexperienced carer and then i was left to it. No room for career opportunities or progression so no pay increases available.
