Pros

Working at Audyence means you’re actually in the mix, not sitting on the sidelines. It’s a high growth company, so the work you do shows up quickly in the business. There aren’t layers of approvals slowing things down. If you see something that needs to be fixed or improved, you’re expected to take ownership and run with it. That kind of environment tends to attract people who want to make a real impact, not just check boxes. You also get a front row seat to how modern B2B marketing actually works. The team works directly with senior marketers at large companies, so you’re constantly learning how real budgets get allocated, what strategies are working, and where things break. That kind of exposure is hard to get unless you’re deep in the space, and it builds a level of commercial understanding that’s useful long term. There’s a strong focus on building smarter systems instead of just working harder. People here think a lot about efficiency, automation, and how to create leverage. If you like figuring out better ways to do things and hate repetitive manual work, you’ll fit in well. The expectation isn’t just to execute, it’s to improve how execution happens. Another big upside is how closely you get to work with leadership. You’re not three layers removed from decision makers. You see how decisions get made, you get direct feedback, and you’re often part of conversations that would be out of reach at larger companies. It’s a faster learning curve because you’re exposed to more of the business. At a bigger picture level, the company is trying to fix real problems in the way B2B demand generation works. There’s a clear point of view around transparency, performance, and giving marketers more control. That gives the work a bit more meaning, because you’re not just maintaining something that already exists. You’re helping build something that’s meant to change how the industry operates. The pay is really good. Salaries are competitive and the company incentivizes culture and performance through quarterly and annual bonuses. Benefits are awesome - great healthcare insurance, childcare and pet care reimbursements, tech reimbursements, continued learning reimbursements, commuter benefits, paid meals and the offices are really nice.

Cons

I don’t see it as a con but some might…the company values in-office culture, communication and collaboration. We work in a downtown Austin office 4-days per week (M-Th), so, if you really want remote work, Audyence isn’t the place for that.
