Cons
*No promotion review consideration in place, no performance review/manager review system in place. *HR is tied to the parent company's HR and it's hard to get quick and clear answers to HR questions back. *Divide between teams. General culture of each team being very protective of the methods in which they work, which sometimes leads to interdepartmental conflicts. *Executives have huge say in making the conclusive product decisions. Much of the product direction conversations are geared towards what the execs would approve.
