Pros
Learning curve is steep, you get to work directly with one of the biggest banks in UAE and KSA Region. You get to work on credit risk model development and validation roles (PD, LGD and EAD models) which has high demand in the market at present. You get to work on things from scratch and deep dive in nitty gritties.
Cons
Achieving work-life balance is like a nightmare in this firm due to sheer amount of work you need to do. Compensation is very less compared to what is being offered in the market, most banks & consulting firms offer higher compensation for same or even lesser amount of work. The company does NOT offer medical insurance, cab service and EPF.
