Exciting product, great CEO, but poor leadership - Manager Aurora Innovation Employee Review

Leadership on some teams is absolutely terrible, very inept. Lots of mess to clean up. Extremely disorganized with no process and no willingness to adhere to process. Expectation that you are available 24/7, no work/life balance. "Unlimited vacation" that they don't want you to take.
