Cons
Used to be a caring, family oriented company wintil it was purchased by Pace LLC. Pace is ruining the company since they purchased it in 2014. They said in the beginning that they would let us do our thing as a Separate Business Unit because we were profitable and running smoothly. Well, that changed, and they inserted some of their managers and all their SOP. We had to switch our MRP and PLM software to theirs, and Pace UK has to approve most of what we do in it. Projects take too long because of all these delays. Too much confusion bewteen the old and new way of doing things.
The employees are worried about being laid off and replaced by Pace people.
