      Get to be involved in all parts of the process from design through to commissioning and post-delivery support.

      Cons

      Not super convenient to get to if you live north of the river in Perth.

      There was some, but that went away

      Cons

      Watch over your shoulder, track every minute as a salary employee, and they build really crappy boats. You'll have to work with ancient software.
